The Position
The Grants and compliance Manager is required to provide assistance in the financial management of grants, donor reporting, stakeholder liaison including partnership and compliance to donor and CARE requirements.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance and Grants Management
► Ability to manage the grants management technical function, with minimal supervision
► Minimum 4 year relevant work experience preferably in Finance and Grants management with at least 2 years with an international Non-Government Organisation (INGO)
► Demonstrated understanding of different international donor regulations and strong experience in various reporting requirements
► Fully conversation in Microsoft Office with knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent numeric skills and knowledge of accounting software, e.g Sun Systems accounting software
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Excellent communication skills in English and Bislama
► Demonstration Strong leadership, analytical skills, decision making, problem solving, planning and influencing skills
► Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills, including the ability to plan and manage workflows and balance competing priorities to ensure timely processing to meet deadlines in a complex environment
► Representation skills including training, presenting, developing networks and relationships with other key stakeholders
